This Micropac Cartridge hand pump is an addition to our range to meet a need for a direct actuated hand button operated pump. This fits in the industry standard 7/8” UNF C10-2 unit for manifold mounting. It is inherently small displacement and low pressure and is an equivalent to a similar unit from one of the major manufacturers. Unlike all our other cartridge pumps, this unit has pressure on the nose, as does the legacy unit. The pump is carbon steel and aluminium alloy. If you require a handle operated cartridge pump to achieve higher displacement and pressure, select from our large range of MT units.

Why buy a Micropac TM Cartridge Hand Pump?

  • Industry standard manifold mounting for easy design and common tooling
  • Cost effective hydraulic solution for manual power on OEM installation
  • Suited to low pressure, small volume systems.
  • Interchangeable with a similar pump from a major manufacturer.

Description

The Micropac TM pumps offer cost effective industry standard C10-2 cartridge hand pumps suitable for manifold mounting. The unit provides 1.3cc displacement on the down stroke to 50 bar. The pressure is limited as it is directly actuated by the palm, so there is no mechanical advantage from a handle mechanism.

The unit fits in the C10-2  7/8 UNF cavity with the pressure connection on the nose and tank on the side. The more common configuration that we use on all our other MT cartridge pumps is Tank on the nose. Ensure that your manifold is configured for the correct connections. The pump includes inlet and outlet check valves. A cost effective carbon steel and aluminium alloy model is standard.

Please contact us to discuss your application for this unit or our other Micropac MT cartridge pumps. Our handle actuated MT range of cartridge pumps run up to 400 bar pressure and include 316 stainless and very cost effective hybrid stainless/hard anodized alloy units for corrosion resistance.

Mounting manifold blocks are also available as an alternative to using your own manifold.
