As the pressure and hydrotest specialists, we offer a range of ancillaries to finish your kit of test gear. Some are unique to Sarum Hydraulics. We developed our MSO lock-off valve because we couldn’t find one anywhere. Finding economic and no-nonsense strainers with a 316 stainless mesh and 316 stainless or polymer bodies was also a real challenge. We developed our own range.

Micropac MSO pressure lock-off valve

Whether you are pressure testing on high pressures or low pressures, you need reliability and the confidence that any drop in pressure is due to a leak or permanent deformation of the test piece. By “locking off” your test hose, fittings, couplings and the test pump, you are only measuring the test pressure in your test specimen and have the ultimate insurance that your test results are valid. The MSO valve simply locks out leaks and weeps. If you are testing for long periods, you will profit from this extra assurance. We are not hose specialists but know a lot about hoses, fittings, valves and couplings. We can supply hydraulic hoses, hydraulic fittings, valves and quick disconnect couplings for use with our pumps. Learn more on our hoses and fittings for your application.

MX series in line filters.

We were unable to source a miniature inline pressure filter unit in stainless steel at an economic price or a small space envelope. We developed our own miniature MX series 316 stainless bodied in line filter to accommodate the generic AN6235-1A filter profile. The standard unit is a stainless and glass element at 3 microns nominal. This is a simple pressure filter up to 400 bar and without a clogging indicator or bypass valve. You need to set an interval for replacing elements. It is a great higher pressure filtration solution for the right application. Micropac inlet strainers with 316 mesh and 316 or polymer bodies

We searched for strainers with a low fouling 316 stainless mesh and bodies in 316 stainless or polymer at an economic price and high quality. We developed our own range which meet lots of strainer requirements. Learn more on our 316 stainless and polymer strainers for your application.
