Why decant a manufacturer’s container into a dispensing reservoir when you can dispense direct from the can or drum?

Using the Micropac MI Dispensing Pump, the container is securely stored beneath the dispensing pump and acts as the fluid reservoir.

Designed to accommodate Eastman Chemical 1 gallon cans or 5 gallon drums, the pump dip tube couples directly to the container filler. No decanting is necessary, eliminating a safety hazard and reducing risk of contamination. Changeover of containers is straightforward. The unit guarantees safe and controlled dispensing, with the added benefit of a storage facility for the container when not in use. The 1 gallon unit is easily carried by hand and the 5 gallon unit features an integral trolley.

Our Micropac hand pump delivers 50cc per stroke. It is constructed from anodised aluminium alloy and stainless steel for long life operation and is fitted with a 1.5 metre stainless overbraided PTFE delivery hose, with storage facility for when not in use.

Description

Hand operated single acting pump mounted on storage frame, with manufacturer’s fluid container securely mounted beneath. Pump is direct coupled to container filler via a dip tube with strainer, which is easily decoupled during changeover of containers. Fluid delivery is made via a stainless steel overbraided PTFE hose which is capped and coiled on a stowage bracket when not in use.

Two sizes available to accommodate Eastman 1 gallon container and 5 gallon drum. 1 gallon unit is carried by hand; 5 gallon unit is trolley mounted.

Micropac anodised alloy/stainless steel hand pump is fitted with peroxide cured EPDM seals, compatible with Skydrol fluid.

The unit is intended for low pressure dispensing; no pressure hold/release or pressure relief valves are fitted. Use our MW-3 units if you need this circuit functionality.
